  • “Literally life changing! Started while 4 months pregnant with my 3rd. Was able to alleviate my low back pain and completed 4 24+ hour shifts a month at work without issue. Prior to therapy I would bring a change of clothes to work bc every cough or sneeze would result in wet clothes. After a few sessions that was no longer the case, I could even sneeze 9 months pregnant without leakage! We also practiced for labor and had a much better experience with less tearing than the last two and my post birth recovery was so much easier!! The facilities and staff were incredible, felt like I was in a spa. Claire was so knowledgeable and professional. I cannot recommend them enough. Worth every penny and second of time.” -SB

  • “Dr Ashley and the team at NOLA Pelvic Health are excellent. Their knowledge and willingness to work within your comfort level are often not seen elsewhere. I started at a UNI medical center in Southern CA; upon returning home, my concern about being unable to continue was unwarranted. Dr Ashley helped me after a life-altering surgery and continued to help while I regained the strength to begin running again. Fully resuming an active life may not have been possible without learning the importance of proper pelvic health training and rehabilitation. Pelvic Health is as important as annual exams; everyone could benefit from it.” - S

  • “Ashley and the entire team at NOLA Pelvic Health are incredible! Ashley was supportive, encouraging, extremely knowledgable, and ultimately effective at improving lingering postpartum symptoms. I felt completely comfortable and at ease at every session. Detailed post-appointment notes and a user-friendly patient portal made it easy to keep up with my treatment plan between visits. The clinic is well-designed, private, with numerous thoughtful touches that reduced anxiety and made every visit a pleasure. Additionally, Sydney at the front desk is an absolute gem! I would wholeheartedly recommend NOLA Pelvic Health to anyone — I had an absolute 5-star healthcare experience.” - VP

  • “After being diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis, I was unsure of my future regarding pelvic discomfort at 19 years old. Thanks to Claire and the team at Nola Pelvic Health, over the past three years, I have been able to minimize my pelvic discomfort greatly, and not only have I been able to learn ways to better my own body in its discomfort, but I have learned more about my body and its inner workings more than I ever have before. Both Claire and the rest of the team have always met me with great compassion and understanding -- there was not a single moment in which I did not feel heard. Though some may be unsure of receiving Pelvic PT care, like I was in the beginning, I could not recommend it enough! Thank you, Claire!!” - AG

  • “Sara has helped me during pregnancy and postpartum. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her during pregnancy and now postpartum. She is thorough and always makes the time to have your concerns heard. I truly feel that I had a great pregnancy and now postpartum due to her guidance. I highly recommend her to all women, not just pregnant or postpartum!!” -SG “I can't say enough great things about Claire! The added cost for out-of-network care has been well worth it. I have seen several previous pelvic floor PTs and Claire has been the most efficient and knowledgeable in helping me work towards my therapy goals.” -B

  • “I love running, so having a baby and going through the postpartum experience was pretty intimidating for me. I wanted to ensure I could return to doing what I love long-term & not have issues related to this pop-up in the future. Choosing to pursue PT with Claire at NOLA Pelvic Health was one of the best decisions I could have made! Claire was so thorough and made sure my return to running was as smooth and seamless as possible. Now I feel confident as ever back on the run. Pelvic floor therapy is so so so important, especially postpartum & I couldn’t recommend Claire & NOLA pelvic health more!” - EB

  • “Sara is knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. She also makes you feel comfortable during both the discussion and physical exam portions of your session. She explains how everything is woven together and comes up with a personal treatment plan. She also follows up and checks in on her clients. She genuinely cares about their well-being. I highly recommend Sara + NOLA Pelvic Health for all things pelvic floor.” - CP

  • “Being a patient here has been one of the best PT/medical treatment experiences in my life. Ashley and team are incredibly awesome. Super accommodating, very professional, and know their stuff. Being a male, I didn't know a lot about pelvic health until my wife recently had a baby, and I'm very glad I started engaging with NOLA Pelvic Health to work on some pelvic pain caused by a bone spur. Ashley as a practitioner is incredible. Always making you feel welcome, listening to your needs, and her positive energy just radiates. For a very sensitive topic/region, she really makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. She's helped me a ton work through pain that has been plaguing me for years. 10/10 worth your time and effort.” - ZR

  • “Working with Ashley was absolutely fundamental to my postpartum healing journey. I ended up with an advanced third degree perineal tear from childbirth with subsequent pelvic floor reconstructive surgery and Ashley supported me throughout the entire process with her vast knowledge, gentle touch, and ongoing optimism about my health, especially when I was at my lowest. She's also really great about informed consent, which is most appreciated when navigating painful trauma of this kind in an especially sensitive part of the body. I couldn't have fully recovered from this experience without her help. It's also worth mentioning that the clinic was previously located walking distance in my neighborhood and I can confidently say that making the brief drive to Metairie at their new location was completely worth it.” -AM

  • “Claire has given me my life back! When I started seeing her about 6 months ago, I was on the verge of considering surgery for my pelvic floor dysfunction. After my first session with Claire, I left the office feeling like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders and had hope that I could regain the freedom I had pre-pregnancy. She took time to educate me on my pelvic floor and gave me the tools to troubleshoot my problem areas/symptoms on my own. My only regret is that I didn’t pull the trigger and go to Nola Pelvic Health sooner - it would’ve saved me so much suffering! I can’t say enough good things about Claire and the practice!! If you’re debating scheduling an appointment…DO IT!!!” -TR
